This module gives an overview of immigration advice, why it matters, the risks of poor or unregulated advice, what you must not do, and how you can safely support people within the right boundaries.
Module 2. Supporting your client to engage with their legal representative
This module explains the role of immigration advisers, their professional duties and responsibilities, how to recognise good and poor advice, what to do if advice is poor, and who regulates the sector.
